Paul Cataudella is an Adjunct Professor at Thomas Jefferson School of Law, where he currently teaches the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure.
Professor Cataudella is also the Principal Attorney at Cataudella Law, APC. Professor Cataudella’s law practice is predominantly grounded in civil litigation and commercial transactions, with a focus on business law, labor & employment law and intellectual property law. Professor Cataudella’s clientele are typically comprised of small and medium sized companies, as well as individual shareholders, partners, members and executive officers.
Professor Cataudella is licensed to practice before all courts in the State of California, the United States District Court for the Southern District of California, the United States District Court for the Central District of California and the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit.
