Professor Randy Berholtz is the Acting General Counsel and Secretary, Innovus Pharmaceuticals, Inc. He is also the Vice President, Programs for the San Diego Chapter of the Association of Corporate Counsel, on the Advisory Council of the Keck Graduate Institute of Applied Life Sciences at the Claremont Colleges and the co-founder of Law Business World, Inc.
Formerly, Professor Berholtz was the Executive Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary of Apricus Biosciences, Inc.; Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary of ACON Laboratories, Inc.; Acting General Counsel and Secretary of Nanogen, Inc.; and Chief Operating Officer and General Counsel of Inglewood Ventures, L.P.
