Professor Bill Slomanson has organized a panel for the American Bar Association's International Law Section. On October 13, he, and the speakers he has recruited for this conference in Dublin, Ireland, will debate "Human Rights Violations and State Secession: An Evolving Standard?"
His co-panelists include the President of Kosovo's Constitutional Court, a member of Hungary's Constitutional Court, and the Associate Dean of Kiev's Taras Shevchenko National University International Relations School.
