Office of the Gila County Attorney, Bradley D. Beauchamp, Gila County, Arizona
Brad Beauchamp and his office represent the legal interests of the community and promote public safety by prosecuting violations of the law and county ordinances that occur within Gila County. The Office's attorneys prosecute felony, misdemeanor, and juvenile offenders. In conjunction with the prosecution of cases, the office provides assistance to crime victims. Although their primary responsibility is upholding the criminal laws of the state, their office also gives legal advice to Gila County Officials and other county entities, provide assistance with child support, adoptions, collections of bad checks, and administer the diversion/deferred program.
